Job summary

175 Hard Rock Bristol LLC is seeking a skilled cook to prepare menu items across grilling, frying, baking and braising. You will ensure plates meet chef specifications, maintain a clean station, and assist teammates during busy periods.

Responsibilities include accurate seasoning, proper food storage, and supporting events. The role requires flexibility for holidays and weekends with safety and quality as priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Culinary apprenticeship or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods as listed on menus and ensure items are cooked to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and report safety issues promptly.
• Season foods according to recipes and assist with event setups when needed.
• Assist other cooks during food assembly and ensure plates are aesthetically appealing.
• Attend meetings and follow up on assigned tasks; comply with shift requirements.
