Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Bristol is seeking a Line Cook to prepare foods across grilling, frying, baking and more according to menus and recipes. You will ensure plates are visually appealing and cooked to specifications while keeping the workstation clean and organized.

The role requires basic food prep knowledge, ability to work flexible shifts, and strong teamwork and communication with kitchen staff and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary apprenticeship preferred.
• Associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per state/federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods for grill, fry, broil, bake, boil, braise, and poach per menus.
• Ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to customer specs.
• Maintain a neat, clean workstation and assist coworkers.
• Participate in special events or parties as needed.
• Ensure proper storage of foods and equipment in good condition.
• Attend meetings and perform closing duties as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and sanitize work areas.
