Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to properly prepare foods across menus, including grilling, frying and baking, in a fast-paced outlet.

You will focus on plate presentation, maintain clean workspaces, and collaborate with chefs and servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary apprenticeship preferred.
• Culinary program or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus.
• Basic food prep knowledge and line cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods listed on menus to grill, fry, broil, bake, boil, braise, or poach.
• Create visually appealing plates and ensure proper cooking to customer specs.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and report safety hazards.
• Assist teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Support special events and parties when needed.
• Ensure proper storage of foods and restock as required.
• Close down workstations and ensure equipment safety.
• Attend meetings and complete follow-up tasks.
