Job summary

The Hard Rock Casino Bristol is seeking a skilled kitchen team member to prepare foods listed on menus for grilling, frying, baking and more. You will ensure dishes are visually appealing and cooked to customer specifications, while maintaining a clean workstation and assisting teammates.

You will work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends, and may assist with special events. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; culinary apprenticeship or associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary apprenticeship or associate degree preferred.
• Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods listed on menus for grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising or poaching.
• Ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to customer specifications.
• Keep workstation neat and clean; assist teammates to ensure efficient operation.
• May perform duties for special events/parties and assist with setup/teardown.
• Attend meetings and complete follow-up tasks as assigned.
• Practice safe food handling and proper sanitation.
