• Ensures proper labeling, FIFO rotation, and product freshness.
• Assists in receiving deliveries, checking quality, and storing product correctly.
• Keeps station stocked and organized throughout service.
• Executes simple menu items and garnishes as assigned.
• Practices safe knife handling and correct use of equipment.
• Helps set up and break down the station before and after service.
• Supports banquet prep and production as needed.
• Communicates shortages, prep levels, and station needs to supervisors.

Cook II Responsibilities:

• Supports assigned station with prep, portioning, and basic cooking tasks.
