Job summary

IHOP Grantsville is seeking a motivated Cook to join our team. You will greet customers with a friendly welcome, prepare food to IHOP standards, and help stock and prep for each shift.

You must work well in a team, follow safety and cash handling policies, keep a clean work area, and communicate any safety concerns to management. Both part-time and full-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Work as part of a team and help in other areas if need be.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in a clean and complete proper uniform.
• Greet all customers with a smile and a verbal greeting, "Good Morning" or "Welcome to IHOP".
• Prepare food in a timely manner to IHOP standards.
• Complete the position checklist while stocking and preparing the unit for the next shift.
• Keep the work area clean at all times.
• Address safety concerns and customer service issues with management.
• Know the menu and daily features to ensure correct cooking and presentation.
• Work with teammates to maximize efficiency and communication.
• Follow all safety, cash security, and restaurant policies.
