Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, fowl, fish and vegetables for lunch and dinner, plus breakfast dishes.
• Operate standard cooking equipment such as ovens, mixers, steamers and stoves.
• Supervise and participate in kitchen cleaning and storeroom upkeep; supervise assisting workers.
• Perform related work as necessary.
