Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares a wide variety of meats, fowl, fish & vegetables for lunch and dinner.
• Prepares breakfast dishes including eggs, bacon, hot cereal, stews, souffles, and similar courses.
• Operates standard cooking equipment and maintains cleanliness of kitchens, storerooms, and equipment.
• Instructs and leads workers assisting in the preparation of food.
• Complete computerized production sheets in a neat and timely manner.
