Cook – I, II, or III positions available at Montage Deer Valley.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold foods that meet our hotel’s high standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques to execute dishes at the highest level.
• Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with skillful attention to detail.
• Collaborate in a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create memorable “wow” moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Grasp, hold, sit, walk, perform repetitive motions, and bend over.
• Stand and maintain mobility for extended periods during shifts.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi‑regular basis.
• Perform most tasks indoors; tolerate extreme temperatures in freezers (–10°F to +110°F).
