Job summary

TRDI is seeking a Cook I to accurately and efficiently prepare a variety of hot and cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events. The role requires following logs, maintaining food safety, and working with the team to ensure timely service.

The position is full-time with a variable schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. A culinary background and ServSafe certification are preferred, with benefits provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
• Must have commercial cooking experience.
• High school education or GED; culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Follow production logs and directions from shift leader.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper temperatures.
• Set up and operate kitchen stations and specialty bars as needed.
• Check equipment, logs, and temperatures regularly and document findings.
