TRDI is seeking a Cook I at Randolph Air Force Base to prepare a variety of hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events. You will follow production logs, assist the lead cook, and maintain quality while keeping the line clean and stocked.

Responsibilities include temperature checks, portion control, and adherence to ServSafe guidelines, safety protocols, and customer service best practices in a high-tempo dining environment.

Formación

• Must have commercial cooking experience.
• Must have ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Cook to order burgers, eggs, steaks and other short-order items.
• Prepare items per production log and shift leader directions.
• Maintain food temps and sanitation per HACCP guidelines.
• Set up specialty bars and assist on line during meals.
• Ensure replenishment, proper portioning and line cleanliness.
• Follow safety, OPSEC and security protocols.
