Mansioni

• Prepare fruits and vegetables for serving: wash, peel, cut, and refrigerate items.
• Grill, roast, steam, broil vegetables and cook pasta for salads.
• Prepare cold meats and seafood, slice fish, and breading as needed.
• Prepare various menu items and garnish them accordingly.
• Make dressings following recipes and prepare toast, pancakes, and hors d’oeuvres.
• Dish up and garnish desserts; manage waste to reduce costs.
• Operate mixers, slicers, and other small kitchen equipment.
• Provide courteous service to staff and guests; perform related duties.
