Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, VA, is hiring a Cook I – Restaurant. You’ll work with the Restaurant Chef to support kitchen operations, prep, and ensuring quality and presentation of dishes for dining room, room service, and outlets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items using kitchen equipment.
• Make dough and sauces for pizzas and other dishes.
• Follow recipes and portioning to ensure quality and presentation.
