Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Cook II - Restaurant to support the Restaurant Chef and prepare menu items for our dining outlets. You will help ensure consistent quality, safety, and timely service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The role emphasizes kitchen organization, portion control, and collaboration with team members to deliver memorable guest experiences. On-site positions require flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays at multiple resort locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant/food/concessions outlet production kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment, meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
