Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and execution
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure smooth operations
• Assist in training new kitchen associates
• Supervise and mentor cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
• Create and innovate new menu items and specials
• Prepare hot and cold foods meeting high standards
• Maintain knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques
• Fulfill guest orders promptly with attention to detail
• Work collaboratively while maintaining professionalism
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs

About You

You love creating dishes and storytelling with food. You are passionate about guest service, eager to learn, trustworthy, and have integrity.

Minimum Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and push/pull equipment up to 200 pounds
• Work in moderate to extreme temperatures, including freezers and kitchens
