The Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport is looking for its next Cook to join its team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook and open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous hotel, banquet, and fine dining experience is a plus.

A Cook is responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and established standards, contributing to the hotel’s goal of delivering outstanding service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food according to recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness, managing guest orders, and ensuring food safety and quality. Specific duties include:

1. Preparing food items according to recipes and quality standards
2. Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
3. Managing guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
4. Ensuring knowledge of menu and food products
5. Stocking and maintaining designated food stations
6. Visually inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
7. Practicing correct food handling and storage procedures per regulations
8. Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items

The pay rate for this position is $20.00 - $25 per hour.
