What will I be doing?
As a Lead Cook, your responsibilities include overseeing and participating in food preparation according to recipes and standards, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, managing guest orders efficiently, maintaining knowledge of menu items, stocking food stations, inspecting food quality, practicing proper food handling and storage, and assisting in team performance management including training and evaluations. Additionally, you will prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
