Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a proactive food service professional to prepare patient, retail, and catering meals, following production records and pull sheets for high-volume service. You will maintain sanitary kitchens, manage inventories, and support efficient meal delivery, collaborating with managers and teammates to meet daily goals.

The role requires strong cooking knowledge, English communication, basic math, and a commitment to patient care and food safety.

Execute advance prep tasks by reviewing pull sheets and organizing ingredients for upcoming service periods and high-volume production needs. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and surfaces meet health standards and recording temperatures according to regulatory requirements.
