Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is hiring for a Full-time dietary services position. You will prepare and assemble hot and cold food items, including beverages, following standardized recipes. Juggle stocking and sanitation duties while maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will also deliver patient trays and ensure proper ID protocols and isolation procedures are followed. The role requires strong English communication, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a positive attitude

Job Description

Prepare and assemble hot and cold food items, including beverages, following standardized recipes and production requirements to ensure quality and consistency. Stock, rotate, and sanitize nursing pantries and bulk nourishments, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation. Serve meals on tray lines, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients using proper identification protocols and isolation procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment, using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations. Operate dishroom equipment and café registers, process transactions accurately, and monitor sanitation logs and temperature records, taking corrective actions as needed. Other duties as assigned.
