Job summary

Campero USA Corp. is seeking kitchen team members to produce high-quality food with precision, following QA and food-safety standards. You will marinate and bread chicken, monitor quality, and maintain sanitation across all prep areas.

The role requires 18+ years of age, potential 1+ year in a similar role, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Night/weekend/holiday availability is a plus, with strict adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must follow Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintains verbal communication with FOH.
• Monitors the quality of food.
• Marinating and breading chicken.
• Ensuring chicken is properly inspected.
• Following receipts accordingly.
• Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards.
• Follow protocol chicken forecast.
• Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards.
• Thoroughly clean equipment.
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
