Job Responsibilities

Chesapeake's is looking for a Cook to join their Gatlinburg location! The positions that work the line are: Window, Grill, Salad and Fry. Responsibilities include preparing products for the station, maintaining accuracy of the product temperatures, keeping a clean and sanitary work environment, and performing all food procedures correctly. The cook will ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly, assemble ingredients according to menu specifications, and work quickly and efficiently. Familiarity with new menu items and specials as they become available is required.
