Job Summary

Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Stores food and supplies properly, operates kitchen equipment, and assists with planning and ordering.
• Reports maintenance issues, attends safety meetings, and fosters good working relationships.
• Follows HACCP standards and all safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
