Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes to meet schedules.
• Serves meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all food items.
• Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation, maintains cleanliness, and stores or discards excess food properly.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately.
• Attends safety meetings and maintains good relationships with staff and customers.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper glove and equipment use.
