King-Bruwaert House is a premier Senior Living community located in Burr Ridge , Illinois. With the completion of our two newest buildings, The Martin Jahn Healthcare Pavilion and our new luxurious Independent Living apartments, "The Gardens" we're excited with the continued growth and expansion of our beautiful community and the quality of care we provide to our residents.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Evening Cook to work (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM). Previous Long-Term Care or Retirement Community experience required. This position requires the ability to follow recipes, knowledge of therapeutic diets, and understanding of basic nutrition. If you enjoy working in a senior living setting, then King-Bruwaert house is the place for you.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have Serve-Safe Sanitation
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care or hospital setting
• Must have knowledge of basic nutrition and therapeutic diets
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
