Job Summary

Prepares nutritious and flavorful food following applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
2. Prepare various entrees and menu items using established recipes.
3. Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
4. Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage.
5. Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
6. Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
8. Support cross-training of employees.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
