Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Delphi, Indiana is seeking a Cook to prepare scratch-made meals that support residents' health and well-being while meeting safety standards. You will assist in inventory, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and help create a positive dining experience for residents and families.

Qualified candidates typically have a High School Diploma or GED/HSE and 1–2 years cooking experience. Strong teamwork and knowledge of food safety are a plus.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using a recipe for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
