Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Delphi, Indiana is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals that support resident health and well-being, while ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. You will contribute to a positive dining experience for residents and families.

You will assist with inventory, supervise staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable, and use kitchen technology to deliver consistent results. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of cooking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using a recipe for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families
