Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares entrees, vegetables, sandwiches and other items using standardized recipes.
• Assists in labeling, dating and rotation of products in dry storage, coolers and freezers; maintains organized storage.
• Replenishes food items as needed and preps foods for the next day’s production.
• Coordinates with the Food Service Supervisor/Manager to meet production and quality standards.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by sanitizing areas and equipment after use.
