Responsibilities

• Reports to work well groomed and in proper uniform; maintains hygiene.
• Maintains and cleans kitchen line equipment and prep areas.
• Stocks and rotates products on cooking line.
• Knows stations, menu items, and prep procedures for correct portions and timing.
• Cooks items to guest requests following safety procedures.
• Monitors food temperatures to reduce risk factors.
• Identifies and corrects system breakdowns to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicates with Manager on Duty regarding deficiencies or safety problems.
