Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook to join our team at Minnesota State University Moorhead. You will prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold foods across all meals, working in a fast-paced kitchen while upholding Sodexo’s culinary standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of related experience. You’ll contribute to a safe kitchen environment, quality presentation, and efficient service in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read and follow a recipe.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook and present hot and cold items for all meals and events following Sodexo standards.
• Maintain a fast-paced, safe, clean workstation and kitchen area.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines and rehearse proper handling.
• Assist with生产 production planning and inventory as needed.
