Sodexo is seeking a Grill Cook to join the Minnesota State University Moorhead campus dining team. You will prepare and present nutritious dishes, grilling and portioning items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while delivering friendly service that brightens the day for diners.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a safe work environment. Afternoon/evening shifts with rotating weekends are required; prior experience helps but is not mandatory, with training provided on site.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 0–2 years of related experience is beneficial

Responsabilités

• Prepare, portion, grill, and present hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special Events.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment.
• Attend work and punctuality for shifts.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
