Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our Wingstop franchise in California. You will prepare fresh, high-quality food, follow safety standards, and ensure orders leave the kitchen accurately and on time.

You’ll work as part of a fast-paced team, maintaining cleanliness and stocking duties while delivering the Wingstop experience guests expect. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and support the team.
• Commitment to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters
• Support your team wherever needed
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order
