Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is hiring a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food and deliver the Wingstop experience our guests expect. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen as part of a team, while maintaining food safety standards and ensuring accurate, timely orders.

The role emphasizes pride in your work, reliability, and a collaborative attitude. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification required.
• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters.
• Support your team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
