Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group in California is looking for a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food that delivers the Wingstop experience our guests expect. You’ll join a fast-paced kitchen team, follow food safety standards, and ensure each order leaves the kitchen accurately and on time.

You should bring a positive attitude, be a team player, and have food handler certification; restaurant or cooking experience is preferred. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification required.
• Restaurant or cooking experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters.
• Support your team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
