Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced Wingstop kitchen. You will work with a team, follow safety standards, and ensure orders leave the kitchen accurately and on time.

Experience in a restaurant or cooking environment is preferred, with a focus on teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Training will be provided and opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or kitchen preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow standards.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Front of House to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including hood filters.
• Support your team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
