• Balances fryers and maintains shortening levels.
• Filters and cleans fryers following safety guidelines.
• Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs.
• Prepares and cooks food as directed by the Manager in Charge.
• Adheres to SOM specs and designated holding times.
• Maintains clean work area with clean-as-you-go practices.
• Verifies stock and supplies at the batter area.
• Keeps cooler organized and clean.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge.
