You will set up batter and fry station, monitor safety practices, and maintain a clean and organized work area while delivering consistent, high-quality meals to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up batter table and prepare batter mix.
• Ensure call sheets are complete and posted.
• Report equipment malfunctions to Manager in Charge.
• Balance fryers and maintain shortening level.
• Filter and clean fryers following safety guidelines.
• Prepare and portion chicken for operational needs.
• Cook food as directed by Manager in Charge.
• Ensure food meets specifications and designated holding times.
