You will set up the batter table, collect smallwares, balance fryers, filter and clean fryers, stock the batter area, and ensure all food meets Church's standards, including holding times, sanitation, and safety.

Qualifications

• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines per OSM.
• Prepare and cook food according to Manager's directions.

Responsibilities

• Set up batter table, collect smallwares, and prepare batter mix.
• Ensure call sheets are complete and posted.
• Check equipment and report malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Balance fryers and maintain shortening level.
• Filter and clean fryers following safety guidelines.
• Stock the batter area and pan sufficient chicken for operations.
• Cook food to meet specifications and quality standards per SOM holding times.
