Out West Restaurant Group in Oxnard, California, is seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will prepare food for our diverse menu, maintain kitchen equipment, and ensure cleanliness while adhering to food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 30 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and stand for extended periods while displaying teamwork and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping.
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual ability to adjust focus as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of a diverse menu and maintaining cleanliness.
• Demonstrates teamwork and supports all areas of the restaurant.
• Restocks kitchen as needed and commits to food safety standards.

Skills

Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours

Manual dexterity
