Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and inviting.

Support Nutritional Wellness:

Assist in preparing special diets and texture-modified meals.

Monitor portion control and help reduce food waste.

Follow menu plans, but also know when a little creativity is the secret ingredient!

Ensure residents are hydrated and nourished throughout the day.

Be a Team Player:

Help with dishwashing, restocking, and cleaning when needed.

Communicate with nursing and care staff to ensure dietary needs are being met.

Support kitchen safety and contribute to a positive, cooperative work environment.

Skills & Traits We Love:

A caring attitude and pride in your work.

Dependability and the ability to follow recipes and directions.

Friendly, respectful, and patient when interacting with residents.

Able to lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet during your shift.

Flexible full-time and part-time shifts available

A supportive, mission-driven work environment

Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement

A workplace where humor, joy, and teamwork are always on the menu
