Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a skilled Cook to join the Culinary Department at Delaware Plaza. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with meal benefits and growth potential.

Earn between $17.13 and $18.50 per hour, dependent on experience, with DAY and EVE shifts including weekends. This role supports a community-focused dining program and emphasizes quality nutrition and service.

Qualifications

• Completion of Dietary Manager's Course or ServSafe Certificate (or within 30 days)
• All state requirements for food handlers certificate
• Knowledge of food preparation, production and plate presentation
• Drug-free and willing to pass drug screening
• Criminal background check as required by state regulations
• Knowledge of special dietary needs

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared in a nutritional, appetizing fashion and presented per the menu and schedule
• Properly store, date, and rotate food per food handling guidelines
• Keep the environment safe and clean
• Follow kitchen cleaning schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned

Multiple Shifts! DAY, 6AM - 2PM 5 days/week including weekends; EVE, 11AM - 7PM 5 days/week including weekends.
