Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the restaurant.
• Set up and stock stations with proper mise en place before each service.
• Rotate through prep tasks and keep prep lists updated to ensure daily readiness.
• Follow recipes accurately to batch and prepare products according to Bossy’s standards.
• Maintain and restock both kitchen and front of house areas throughout the shift.
• Operate the front counter, take guest orders, and ensure accuracy in service and payment.
• Work closely with teammates to keep communication clear and the flow of service steady from open to close.
