Job summary

Bossy Beulah’s Fort Mill is seeking a Shift Lead to help run day-to-day restaurant operations with hands-on leadership. You’ll mentor teammates, supervise during service, uphold food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality, and help deliver a memorable guest experience.

You’ll work across all station roles as needed, ensure fresh, hot, recipe-adherent food, and support inventory, prep, and catering when required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Comfortable working in a high volume, hands-on environment.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts and supporting daily restaurant operations.
• Coaching and directing team members throughout service.
• Holding food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards accountable in real time.
• Supporting guest recovery and helping create a strong guest experience.
• Working all positions throughout the restaurant as needed during service.
• Ensuring all food is prepared fresh, hot, and to recipe standards.
• Helping maintain an organized, clean, guest ready restaurant at all times.
• Supporting inventory, prep, and daily operational organization.
• Assisting with catering and large order execution when needed.
