Job summary

Bossy Beulah’s in Concord is seeking a Prep Cook to handle daily kitchen prep and production that keeps service ready. You’ll prepare ingredients from scratch, batch recipes, and maintain rotation and cleanliness standards while cross-training on the line to support service.

You’ll join a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen with hands-on training and room to grow within the growing Noble Food & Pursuits family. Pay starts at $13 per hour with shared tips, typically $16–$19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and readiness for hands-on kitchen tasks.
• Comfort with raw chicken, produce, and high-volume prep.
• Ability to follow prep lists and portion standards.

Responsibilities

• Prep fresh cut fries from scratch for daily service.
• Clean, portion, and prepare chicken to Bossy standards.
• Dice and prepare fresh produce for batch recipes and daily use.
• Complete recipes accurately for sauces, sides, and other items.
• Label, date, organize, and rotate product using FIFO.
• Keep prep areas clean, stocked, and organized during the shift.
• Set up mise en place to support a smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties including cleaning and station reset.
• Learn line stations and support service through cross training.
• Work with urgency, consistency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen.
