• Adhere to proper food handling, dating, labeling and rotation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experienceAssemble combine and cook ingredientsMaintain a sanitary kitchenAttend to the detail and presentation of each orderPlace and expedite ordersPrepare ingredients by following recipes; slicing cutting chopping mincing stirring whipping and mixing ingredientsComplete hot meal preparation by grilling sauting roasting frying and broiling ingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredientsAdhere to proper food handling sanitation and safety proceduresMaintain appropriate dating labeling and rotation of all food itemsStores leftovers according to established standardsContribute to daily holiday and theme menus in collaboration with the team

Requirements

• 2 or more years of cooking experience to include food preparationStrong working knowledge of food preparation techniques cooking methods and safety and sanitation practicesExceptional food presentation skillsFamiliarity with general kitchen equipment and appliancesStrong work ethic and high energy level
