Responsibilities:

• Set up and sanitize workstations
• Follow prep lists provided by chefs
• Measure ingredients and prepare cooking components
• Prepare simple dishes such as salads and entrees
• Store and organize food items properly
• Assist chefs with culinary tasks
• Distribute plates, clean dishes, and prepare takeout packages
• Monitor food and storage temperatures
• Accept or reject ingredients from suppliers
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment
• Prepare drinks and cocktails as per instructions

Requirements:
