Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates in Foxborough, MA is seeking a talented cook to prepare foods live in front of guests during Patriots home games, with interaction and a pleasant demeanor. You will master grill, sauté, and expediting, working at a high culinary level with line cooking skills.

Schedule centers on Patriots game days with additional ticketed events possible. Evening and weekend availability is required, and Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Upscale food production experience required.
• Demonstrate ability to grill/broil/sauté/expedite.
• Strong communication with clients and staff.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Food safety training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep station in advance of events.

• Break down and clean stations after shifts.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

SUMMARY: The talented cook will be responsible for preparing foods live in front of guests. Requires interaction and pleasant demeanor. Must show full competence in gilling meats, sauté station and/or expediting. Ideal candidate will have already achieved a high level of culinary success and competency line cooking. Schedule will be Patriots home games. Additional opportunities for other ticketed events available but optional.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Prep station in advance of event
• Greet guests with a pleasant demeanor and a smile
• Prepare food live in view of guests.
• Will specialize in at least one of: Grill meats to temperature/Sauté high volume, multiple items/Expedite
• Break down and clean stations after shifts
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position has no supervisory responsibility

Skills And Qualifications

• Highly experienced in upscale food production
• Demonstrate appropriate skill for the specific assignment to include Grilling/Broiling/Sauté/Expedite
• Ability to communicate with clients and staff
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Food Safety Trained
