Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is seeking an experienced catering cook to efficiently prepare high-volume event foods, in both hot and cold offerings. The role involves cooking to client specifications and occasionally engaging with guests during events.

Applicants should have a strong background in upscale catering, be adept in multiple cooking methods, and maintain excellent attendance. This position requires the ability to lead small teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years upscale food preparation in high volume catering operation or restaurant.
• Culinary degree or certification preferred.
• Demonstrate ability in all cooking methods: Grilling to temperature, sautéing, roasting, braising, deep frying, poaching.
• Excellent attendance.
• Devoted learner.
