From breakfast to dinner, you will prepare items to guest orders, follow recipes, and maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen while supporting a variety of stations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or culinary education required.
• Basic knife skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work across multiple kitchen stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to guest orders with consistent quality.
• Follow recipes, set up stations for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Assist with ordering and food cost controls where applicable.
• Ensure health department standards are met and proper rotation of products.
