Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii seeks a Sushi Cook 3 with passion for excellence to join our culinary team. Prepare meals to our high standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner, maintain safety, and support cross-training where needed.

Earn a $1,000 gross sign-on bonus after completing the 90-day probation, with shifts across the week. Internal applicants are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year culinary or related work experience.
• Advance culinary knowledge is expected.
• Must be fully capable of working at a variety of stations.

Responsibilities

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Must be available to work any and all shifts.
• Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and ensure safety standards.
• Assist with ordering product and creating specials.
